1. What data we collect

Newsletter and early access list: email address. We may later ask for first name and phone number.

Hiring applications: information you provide in our Jotform, for example contact details, role interest, availability, experience.

Website and landing pages: technical data from your device and browser, consent choices, and events needed to operate pages and measure campaigns.

2. Why we process your data and legal bases

Marketing emails and updates: to send launch news and offers. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw any time by using the unsubscribe link.

Recruiting: to review applications, arrange auditions or interviews, and communicate next steps. Legal basis: precontractual steps and our legitimate interests in building the team.

Analytics and ads measurement: we use Meta Pixel to understand responses to our posts and ads. Legal basis: your consent through our cookie banner.

Security and troubleshooting: to keep pages available and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use ActiveCampaign for landing pages and its cookie banner to collect and store your consent choices.

We use Meta Pixel for measurement and retargeting only when you consent.

We do not use Google Analytics or Google Ads.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings link on the page. “Do Not Track” signals are not processed because a common standard is not in place.

4. Processors and recipients

We use trusted service providers that process data for us:

ActiveCampaign LLC — email delivery, automations, landing pages, consent banner.

Squarespace Inc. — website hosting and content management.

Jotform Inc. — application and interest forms.

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — receives data through Meta Pixel and acts as an independent controller for its own purposes.

We will add Mariana Tek as a processor and link to its privacy information when the member portal and app go live.

5. International transfers

Some providers are located outside the EU and the EEA. We use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards where required.

6. Retention

Newsletter subscribers: we delete or anonymize data after 24 months of inactivity or when you unsubscribe.

Hiring applications: we retain for six months after a decision unless you consent to a longer period.

Support emails: up to twelve months for reference and training.

Server and security logs: typically seven to fourteen days.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz.

8. Children

Our services are not intended for persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices with our processors.

We may update this policy when we add new features or providers. The latest version is always available on this page. We will announce material changes.
